We celebrated Lucy's bdae today at Downtown East at Pasir Ris today! Wah, was really fun even though we didn't spend alot of time together. The best thing of all was that the gals, for the first time in our long history together, did not have to beng the food. The guys (Kenneth, Raphael and Joseph ) was a really great help. In previous bbqs we gals always have to do the bulk of work but the birthday gal and Kenneth already got the fire and food going by the time we come. Which is really sweet! Lucy deserve an extra present from Japan if she sees anything she likes there. 3>

So i dunno if it is me or anything, but the food is never better! (prawns, satay, wings. sausages, crabstick, otak) Especially the prawn in cheese. Slurp! I'm salivating again. We got Lucy a sparkling Swaroski earrings since it looks elegant and easily match with her other outfits. But nothing beats Kenneth's pink psp. We gave audible gasps of envy and admiration when the glimmering psp emerged from the box. Wow. And we proceeded to help her play Silent Hill. Which is the best game in psp in my humble opinion. (bar Crisis Core, which i haven't play yet but i know had been praised to high heaven by Caroline and in games forums.)
Everyone's been so great in this bbq. Bdae gal Lucy aka Tweety and Kenneth for organizing the most efficient party, booking this fantastic chalet (too bad we can't get to use it.), not minding we come so late for the party (hard to find a prezzie Lucy might like, also partly my fault was held up at home); Alicia and Raphael for buying the delicious cake (32 candles lol!) and so graciously cook so much for us lazy pigs, we'll find something for you guys in Japan! (disclaimer: if time and money constrain allows); Joseph aka Bean (for being so helpful and providing much dry wit in the bdae, you sometime super funny lei); Tunga (your presence gives us a focus for our jokes <>, and also makes us wish we can meet you more since we really miss you) and nutty Yu Han aka Giant who was a perpetual bundle of energy and was in a phototaking frenzy today. (Your laughter is so contagious!) It was really fun!

Actually ah Lucy, your hair is very nice lei! Makes me want to cut my very messy hair. Your chio-ness have increase tenfold!
